Three CNC press brake entries, two published parameter sets

The CNC press brake catalog includes Electric Servo CNC Press Brake, Electro-Hydraulic CNC Press Brake and Hybrid Servo CNC Press Brake. Start by identifying the family you want to discuss. The electric servo and electro-hydraulic entries provide published tonnage, machining-length, axis and control-system information. The hybrid servo entry remains available for a configuration enquiry, without transferring either of the other tables to it.

A useful shortlist names the family as well as the requested capacity. Keep the original parameter labels in your notes so a machining-length range is not mistaken for a guaranteed result on every workpiece. This directory helps organize the comparison; the quotation should identify the actual machine configuration you are being offered.

Choose a CNC press brake supplier with a clear scope

Victory Industry lists CNC press brake equipment alongside its laser equipment range and is based in Jinan, China. For a CNC press brake supplier enquiry, name the family and send the part drawing with the same request. This connects the commercial discussion to an identifiable catalog entry instead of a general request for a bending machine.

Ask the proposal to state the machine specification, selected controls, tooling requirements and any requested support separately. The company description of smart laser equipment manufacturing should not be read as proof that every press brake is manufactured in-house. Supplier identity, machine configuration and the responsibilities attached to the order are separate points to establish before comparing proposals.

03

Compare the hydraulic press brake range by its own fields

The Electro-Hydraulic CNC Press Brake table lists tonnage from 40–1000T and machining length from 1600–16000mm. The Electric Servo CNC Press Brake table lists 20–130T and 1000–3200mm. These are family-level ranges. They give a starting point for a hydraulic press brake comparison, but they do not show that every possible tonnage and length combination is an available model.

Write down the bending length your part requires and ask which proposed configuration addresses it. Include material grade, thickness and the drawing rather than selecting from tonnage alone. Do not reuse the electric servo values for the hybrid servo machine simply because the names overlap. Where a configuration is not specified, request its own complete specification before including it in a numerical comparison.

04

Make the axis and control selection explicit

Both published parameter sets list 3-axis, 4-axis, 6-axis, 6+1-axis and 8+1-axis options. The associated axis labels include Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2 and V. Delem, ESA, Cybelec and ESTUN appear under Optional Systems. Preserve the distinction between an available option and the control or axis arrangement selected for your order.

A comparison sheet should therefore include a column for the offered axis configuration and another for the named controller. Ask what each proposal includes and what is optional, rather than treating the longest list as the standard machine. If operators already use a particular system, identify that preference and ask for the proposed interface and training scope to be specified.

05

Send a bending brief that describes the actual part

Attach a dimensioned drawing showing the finished shape and the bends you need. Add the material specification, thickness and the length of each relevant bend. Identify any existing tooling you hope to retain and provide its details for assessment. These are purchasing inputs, not a claim that the catalog machine has already been matched to your tooling or part.

If your order covers several part families, include representative drawings and identify which parts set the important constraints. Ask for assumptions to be listed with the proposal: which drawings were reviewed, which tooling is proposed and which requirements still need confirmation. Avoid adding an unverified material-thickness capacity from another machine or using a broad tonnage range as a substitute for that review.

06

Compare complete offers and keep open items visible

Bring the family name, requested capacity, drawing revisions and control preferences into one enquiry. Ask for included tooling, selected options and any installation or operator-support requirements to appear as separate items. Provide the installation location and any site information requested during the discussion. Keep delivery dates, commercial terms and support scope as matters for the actual quotation rather than assumptions from a directory page.

Open the relevant series page when checking a number, then use the contact page to submit the complete brief. For Hybrid Servo CNC Press Brake, make the missing specification an explicit request. A quotation with an identified configuration and a short list of unresolved questions is easier to compare than a larger specification assembled from three different machine families.

Purchasing questions

Which press brake families are in the catalog?

The catalog lists electric servo, electro-hydraulic and hybrid servo CNC press brakes. They are separate entries; selecting one does not establish the configuration of either of the others.

Can I combine any listed tonnage and machining length?

The published numbers describe family ranges, not a matrix of every available combination. Ask the quotation to identify the exact tonnage and machining length of the proposed configuration.

Are all listed control systems supplied together?

No. Delem, ESA, Cybelec and ESTUN are listed as optional systems. Confirm the chosen controller and axis arrangement for the quoted machine.

Can the hybrid servo machine use the other published specifications?

Do not transfer them. Request a specification for the Hybrid Servo CNC Press Brake itself before comparing its tonnage, machining length or controls.

What should accompany my enquiry?

Send the machine family, material specification, thickness, bend lengths and dimensioned part drawings. Include tooling preferences and installation information so the proposed scope can be described clearly.
