VIC Laser Cutting Machine

VIC is a seven-model CO2 laser cutting machine series. A CO2 cutting head and laser tube are combined with linear guides, a stepper motor and belt drive. The published power range is 80-600W across the family; the main model-to-model difference is the working area.

At 600*400mm, VIC6040 is the smallest listed format. VIC9060 increases both dimensions to 900*600mm. Those two choices sit at one end of a range that reaches 1500*3000mm on VIC1530. Your workpiece outline is the most direct way to narrow the area choices.

VIC6040 and VIC9060 specifications

The middle of the range offers different proportions. VIC1390 is 1300*900mm, whereas VIC1610 is 1600*1000mm. VIC1318 and VIC1325 share a 1300mm first dimension, with second dimensions of 1800mm and 2500mm. If the design needs more room along that second dimension, compare those two entries directly.

The table surface is a separate choice. The specification offers Knife Table or Honeycomb Table, and the configuration description includes an aluminum blade worktable. Identify the surface required for the proposed equipment rather than leaving it implicit in the area model.

An optional red dot pointer projects a visible point onto the material for positioning. It is a defined configuration item: request it if that positioning aid belongs in your setup.

VIC CO2 laser cutting machine planning

For VIC CO2 laser cutting machine planning, put the workpiece dimensions and intended orientation on the same drawing. A width and length without orientation can leave the table comparison ambiguous. Include the material and thickness beside the outline, plus the contours and other operations you want discussed.

For several designs, distinguish the recurring work from occasional parts. Provide the largest relevant outline, but also show the layouts you expect to use regularly. This allows the choice of area to reflect the proposed work as a whole instead of being driven by one isolated dimension.

The part layout and the workshop layout serve different purposes. Show stock arrival, equipment position and completed-part handling on the latter. Obtain the actual machine dimensions and access requirements for that plan; the working area describes the processing format.

VIC configuration and controls

Ruida control with USB interface is listed for VIC. Graphic formats include PLT, DXF, BMP, JPG and AI. When sending a design, identify the file type and distinguish separate operations in its layers or notes. Keep the file and its written instructions on the same revision.

Three precision entries are published: minimum line width no greater than 0.15mm, position accuracy 0.01mm and repetition accuracy 0.02mm. Each has a different label. The required finished-part dimensions should stay on your drawing alongside these machine specifications.

Cutting speed is listed as 150mm/s. No material-specific cutting schedule accompanies that figure. The application information therefore needs the actual material, thickness, design and required result before output can be discussed meaningfully.

The electrical entry gives 220V/50HZ and 110V/60HZ. State the supply required at the intended location. A clear equipment request then consists of the working-area model, proposed laser power, worktable, any requested pointer and the local supply, with the design information attached.

Product questions

How do VIC6040 and VIC9060 differ?

VIC6040 has a 600*400mm working area. VIC9060 has 900*600mm. Both carry the 80-600W power range, so the model and selected power should both be identified.

What is the largest listed VIC working area?

VIC1530 provides 1500*3000mm. VIC1325 is the separate 1300*2500mm choice; the complete pair of dimensions distinguishes them.

Is the red dot pointer included as standard?

It is explicitly described as optional. Its stated function is to project a visible point onto the material to assist positioning.

Which control and graphic formats are specified?

The control is Ruida with USB interface. The format list includes PLT, DXF, BMP, JPG and AI; a representative file helps explain the intended operations.

What information helps select the working area?

Give the workpiece dimensions, orientation and intended layout. For multiple designs, include recurring jobs and the largest relevant part, with material and thickness identified.
