That distinction keeps the configuration discussion specific without assuming that a stored graphic automatically resolves a different surface or holding arrangement.

The file formats named in the table include bmp, jpg, gif, png, tif, ai, dxf, dst and plt. State which format will be supplied and identify the intended version. Keep a view of the finished graphic with the file so its required size and position remain clear during the equipment discussion.
