VIT-F Laser Cutting Machine

Tube Laser Cutting Machine

VIT-F Laser Cutting Machine

VIT-F is a tube and fiber laser cutting machine series offered as VIT-F35, VIT-F52 and VIT-F85. Their Working Area entries are 12000*350mm, 12000*520mm and 12000*850mm respectively. Laser Power is listed as 12-20kw for all three. The model identifies an area column; a particular power still needs to be selected for the offer.

The table also has a Machine Size row, at 11800*2280*2600mm. It is separate from Working Area. Use the original labels when comparing the equipment so the dimensions of the published work area and machine are not substituted for one another.

VIT-F35 and VIT-F52 specifications

The first Working Area dimension stays at 12000mm across the family. The second changes from 350mm on VIT-F35 to 520mm on VIT-F52 and 850mm on VIT-F85. Put the actual tube section beside these entries. Calling the second number a maximum diameter for every section shape would go beyond the wording of the table.

Motion and accuracy have their own rows. Positioning Accuracy is ±0.05 mm, Repositioning Accuracy is ±0.02 mm, Max Moving Speed is 100 m/min and Max Acceleration is 0.6-1.2G. These figures are shared by the three columns. In particular, the moving-speed entry should not be treated as a cutting rate for a specific part.

Product Weight is shared as a range too: 5000-20000kg. There is no separate weight assigned to VIT-F35, VIT-F52 or VIT-F85. The proposed configuration needs identification before that equipment and its handling arrangements can be discussed in specific terms.

VIT-F tube laser cutting machine planning

For tube work, send a section drawing with the outside dimensions, wall thickness, material grade and incoming length. The finished-part drawing should show the end cuts, holes and slots to be reviewed, including features on other faces. Keep the revision number with it. This identifies the proposed work without presenting it as an application already tested on VIT-F.

A list of several parts needs the same connection between section and finished drawing. Give each a reference and quantity, distinguishing regular work from occasional jobs. The power range belongs to the equipment specification; these records explain the intended task. Both are needed for a useful model and configuration discussion.

VIT-F configuration and quotation details

Laser Source reads Max/IPG and Control System reads FSCUT. Max is the source brand here, not a maximum-value label. A quotation should name the actual source and power proposed for the selected model, rather than leave the shared alternatives as the complete description of the supply.

The Voltage row states 220V 1P 50HZ /380V 3P 50HZ. Retain the full entry for the installation discussion, with the offered configuration identified. It should not be reworded as a claim that every supplied machine operates from either supply without a configuration decision.

Show incoming stock, the proposed machine position and finished-piece removal on a layout. Identify handling equipment already present separately from additions requested for quotation. Neither Machine Size nor Working Area defines that full arrangement. Keep the layout, part records and itemized equipment offer together so questions about the site are not confused with selections in the machine specification.

Product questions

How do VIT-F35 and VIT-F52 differ?

Working Area is 12000*350mm for VIT-F35 and 12000*520mm for VIT-F52. Their other published fields, including 12-20kw Laser Power, are shared across the model columns.

What is the Working Area of VIT-F85?

VIT-F85 lists 12000*850mm. Preserve the Working Area label and provide the actual tube section when discussing suitability; the field is not labeled as a diameter limit for every shape.

Is Machine Size the same as Working Area?

No. Machine Size is a separate entry of 11800*2280*2600mm. It should not replace the working-area value or be treated as the full site space including stock handling.

Which source and control are listed?

The Laser Source entry is Max/IPG and Control System is FSCUT. The quotation should identify the selected source and power for the named configuration.

Is a single product weight assigned to each model?

The table shares a Product Weight range of 5000-20000kg across all three columns. A configuration-specific proposal is needed to identify the equipment being offered and its associated handling details.
