How do VIP3015T and VIP4015T differ?
VIP3015T lists 3000*1500mm and 1.4G Max. Acceleration. VIP4015T lists 4000*1500mm and 1.3G. Their power range and other shared fields remain the same.

Tube And Sheet Laser Cutting Machine
VIP-T is a tube-and-sheet fiber laser cutting machine series with five model choices and a 1500-20000W Laser Power range. The models are VIP3015T, VIP4015T, VIP4020T, VIP6015T and VIP6025T. Their T suffix stays in the name when you compare this combined family with sheet-only equipment.
Read the Cutting Area row across those five columns: 3000*1500mm, 4000*1500mm, 4000*2000mm, 6000*1500mm and 6000*2500mm. VIP4015T and VIP4020T share the first dimension but differ in the second. VIP6015T and VIP6025T make another useful pair for the same reason. The full entry is a clearer purchasing reference than a shortened size label.
Choose an individual model below to view its complete technical specification. The series overview shows selected parameters for comparison.
The table also distinguishes VIP3015T by Max. Acceleration, at 1.4G. Each of the other four models lists 1.3G. Max. Linkage Speed, however, is shared at 140m/min. Keep that speed under its original name: the specification does not present it as a cutting rate for either a tube part or a sheet part.
Z Axis Travel is 300mm throughout. The two accuracy entries are 0.05mm Positioning Accuracy and 0.03mm Repositioning Accuracy. A specification comparison should retain both rows. A finished-part acceptance requirement belongs with the part drawing, where the material and geometry are identified, rather than being inferred from a machine positioning field.
One finished assembly may require both sheet and tube components. Describe each component in its own drawing record. For the sheet part, add the material grade, thickness and incoming sheet size. For the tube part, add its section shape, outside dimensions, wall thickness, material and incoming length. A common assembly reference can connect the records without merging their requirements.
What happens when the work changes? Keep quantities and revisions attached to each part, and indicate which drawings describe regular work. The inquiry then explains the intended mix for review. It doesn't claim that the product category or the shared power range already demonstrates every item on the list.
When the offer arrives, check its answer against both records. A clearly named model is helpful, but a tube-section question can still remain open. Retain that question beside the drawing until it is resolved. Cutting Area should not become a substitute for a separate description of the tube work.
The optical selection has three parts to identify: power, Laser Head and Laser Generator. The head alternatives are Raytools, WSX, BOCI and Osprey; the generator alternatives are Raycus, MAX and IPG. They are shared by all five model columns. The quotation should name its actual selections instead of leaving the complete lists as the proposed machine configuration.
CypCut and Weihong are the listed control systems. Fuji, Delta and Yaskawa belong to Servo Motor And Driver, while Guide Rails names Taiwan Linear Rails. The reducer alternatives are Japan Shinbo and France Mortori. Keep each requested brand beside its component label, so the team reviewing an offer can distinguish a control selection from a drive or mechanical selection.
Use a layout to discuss stock movement around the equipment. Show the sheet route, the incoming tube lengths and the destination for finished pieces. Existing handling arrangements and additional supply requests should remain distinguishable. A combined cutting category does not establish that every loading or accessory item required for the site is included.
VIP3015T lists 3000*1500mm and 1.4G Max. Acceleration. VIP4015T lists 4000*1500mm and 1.3G. Their power range and other shared fields remain the same.
Its label is Max. Linkage Speed. A rate for a particular job would need its own material, geometry and configuration context; the motion entry does not provide that result.
VIP6025T has that Cutting Area. VIP6015T is 6000*1500mm. Both should retain the T suffix in a model comparison or quotation.
The source does not label it that way. Describe the tube section and wall thickness separately and request a configuration-specific review of that work.
The model, selected power and components, plus the requested accessories and handling supply. The sheet and tube requirements should both remain traceable to their drawings.
